North Bethesda Market has 200,000 square feet of retail including Whole Foods Market, Arhaus, Seasons 52, and LA Fitness all within walking distance to the White Flint Metro.
MV+A has been involved in North Bethesda Market since its inception,first acting as retail design consultant during the master planning process and later designing the tenant storefronts for two of the three buildings. MV+A has also designed the environmental graphics and wayfinding, prepared tenant design guidelines, and acted as tenant coordinator. MV+A also helped convert vacant second‑floor retail space into 14 loft‑style apartments.
