MV+A was charged with ‘flipping the script’, to allow the center to instead face Easton road while also allowing some portion of the strip center to exist but renewed with new tenants and a new look to the center. Phase I includes the southern portion of the strip center that will retain traditional surface parked retail featuring a grocery store, in-line retail and an existing Marshalls that would be relocated to help set up the stage for Phase II.
